When you have selected your patterns by adding them to your shopping basket click on the checkout button.
Follow the on-screen instructions.
During the checkout process email messages are sent to you to confirm your order’s progress.
New customers are sent an email confirming their password.
An order confirmation email is sent when you click the [ Submit order for payment ] button.
An order dispatch confirmation email is sent when your payment is complete.
If these emails do not arrive please look in your Spam/Trash folder as automatic emails sometimes end up there. If you can’t find them, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org giving us as much information as possible so that we can trace your order.
You can check the progress of your order by logging into your Road to Knitting account. If you don’t have a Road to Knitting account this will be created during the checkout process.
