Cloudflare security challenge help

Screenshot of the security test page.

What is Cloudflare?
Cloudflare provides a security service. It works in the background, picking up clues about visitors, to decide if they are human or bots. Most human traffic will get an automatic pass. If there is any doubt, a tick box will be displayed to gather further data.

Why we have the Cloudflare security challenge on our checkout section.
We want to keep malicious bots out. They use checkouts to test stolen card numbers to see if they still work, by placing low value orders that are generally exempt from bank authentication.

On very rare occasions, the security challenge fails to complete or goes into a continuous loop.
This usually indicates there is something about your setup that is hindering the challenge from being successfully executed. This could be an outdated or lesser-known web browser, or a privacy extension that blocks Cloudflare.

Outdated or lesser-known web browser?
Try a different web browser. Browsers that normally work well with the security challenge are: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Opera, and Safari.

A privacy extension that blocks Cloudflare?
If you have a privacy extension that may block Cloudflare, try disabling it during checkout. Cloudflare never harvests data for ad retargeting, and your privacy is preserved ↗.

Try from a different device.
For example, an iPhone or other smart phone. Once the transaction is complete you can download your order from your original device.

If the above information does not solve the problem, please contact us, giving as much information as you can so we can look for a solution.
